Hi, my name is Alysha...

I believe you were made for joy—not just to cope, but to live with a full heart. I’m a mum of two primary school girls, and they remind me daily how quickly joy can fade when life gets busy. So I practise returning to it: a few deep breaths in the sun, or a quiet cup of tea on a grey day—small moments that steady the soul.

For more than 15 years, I worked in injury management and vocational counselling. I sat with people in painful, uncertain seasons—when work, health, and identity felt like they were slipping away. I learned that what people need most isn’t a quick fix; it’s hope, clarity, and someone steady beside them.

Rebuilding is more than getting back on your feet—it’s finding your way back to who God made you to be, and to the joy that belongs in your life.

My own story began early. I moved to Australia at four and grew up between two cultures as a second-generation Christian. That shaped my passion for identity and belonging—and it’s why my faith became my anchor when life felt uncertain.

I founded WayMaker Coaching to help you move from surviving to truly living. If you’re reshaping your lifestyle, rebuilding after a hard season, or simply sensing there must be more, I’ll help you take practical steps forward—grounded in Scripture and shaped by real-world experience.

God didn’t design you for endurance alone. He designed you to flourish. If you feel stuck in “functional,” I’d love to help you rediscover joy, purpose, and peace—and build a life that reflects what’s possible with Him. Let’s take the next step together.
